At Domestique Wine, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but due to the perishable nature of wine, we can only accept returns on products that are corked or otherwise defective. Please contact our team within 30 days of purchase to initiate a claim for a store credit or replacement.
Document the Issue
If you believe a wine is flawed, please recork the bottle with the remaining liquid inside and take a photo of the label and the cork.
Contact Our Team
Email our support desk with your order number and a brief description of the defect to receive a return authorization.
Return the Bottle
Bring the bottle to our retail location or follow the provided instructions to ship the remaining contents back to our cellar for quality inspection.
Resolution
Once our sommelier team verifies the flaw, we will issue a full store credit or ship a replacement bottle of the same vintage at no additional cost.
