Domaine du Pech is a family-run estate located in Sainte-Colombe-en-Bruilhois, at the southeastern edge of the Buzet appellation. The estate was planted in 1978, and in 1997, Magali Tissot (cousin of Stéphane Tissot) and her partner Ludovic Bonnelle took over. 

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from gravel & limestone soil. Indigenous yeast, whole cluster, 50 days of maceration, 2 years in demi-muid. No added sulfites.
