Rosé Pet Nat 2024
Alexandre Giquel studied in Amboise for winemaking (like Marie Rocher) and then became an expert in training draft horses. This pet nat is Gamay simply pressed, fermented in tank, then bottled -- watermelon, pomegranate fruit with an touch of greenness on the nose (refreshing).
