Benedicte and Stephane Tissot’s wines reflect the Côtes du Jura’s terroir like a mirror, capturing all its nuance and idiosyncrasies. He took over for his father, André, and decided to change the course of the winery by converting it to Biodynamic viticulture in 2004. Stéphane comes from a winemaking family and works the vineyards with his wife Benedicte.

Soils: Schist + Limestone 

Vinification: ferment and macerate for 3 months in old French oak tanks

Aging: 600-litre French oak barrels (10% new oak) until being bottled
